It is important that we understand what a business’s ambitions are before proceeding to the design phase. So we do a lot of listening. We’ll want to know how your staff feel about things as they stand in the office, and how the business itself plans to grow and operate in the future. That way, we can work our magic and adjust our approach heading into the next phase.

02. Our designers will channel your feedback into real, tangible designs.

Our feedback-led office designs will address pre-existing complaints or problems with the current workspace gathered from our ‘listening’ process – and we’ll put together an innovative and practical re-design.
