Proven experience in higher education
ReSpace has significant experience delivering large-scale higher education environments, including an extensive phased refurbishment and fit out for QA Higher Education at Northumbria University.
Delivered across eight phases, the project involved both Cat A and Cat B works across a multi-tenanted building. In total, ReSpace completed approximately 3,724 m² (40,084 sq ft) of space, with an overall project value of approximately £4 million.
The project demonstrates our ability to manage substantial, long-term education fit outs while coordinating different phases, trades and requirements within a complex working building.

Complete education refurbishment and fit out services

Refurbishments around the academic calendar
Working within education brings logistical considerations that aren't always present in conventional commercial projects. Refurbishment may need to take place during summer holidays, between terms or as part of a phased programme while other areas of a school, college or university remain operational.
